Trauma, Grief and Loneliness

Know that there is counseling for issues relating to trauma, grief and loneliness.We cannot go through the grieving process alone! It is essential that you reach out and know that you are not alone. There are others who have traveled on this road, and grew tremendously from journeying through it, with the help of a caring experienced professional.

When we have a severe loss, there are many feelings we encounter before we can reach acceptance; shock and disbelief, pain and pity, fear and terror, anger and rage. When we stop ourselves from experiencing the depth of our entire range of emotions, healing is curtailed.

This is a time to seek professional help in order to move through this process with grace. You will learn to allow and accept feelings without judging them ( feelings only make us weak and sick when we repress them!) let them deepen, and face whatever comes up in order to learn and grow from.
